I like to put Bob the Duck in the strip once in a while, even if he isn’t actually in it.

I got the idea for this strip while walking with my brother down the street in Healdsburg, CA, where there are lots of people with dogs.

The 2006 strip hits close to home with the thermostat. Our dad was the thermostat guard and he never turned it up past 63° in the winter - and we were never allowed to touch it. Even today that's what I keep my thermostat at in the winter months.
The 1990 strip is very Schulz like! Bob the Duck is channeling Snoopy!
