Not to raise my voice, but I wanted to send a shout-out to our friend Steve Smith, who recently sent me some Michigan Wolverines pencils! I’ve used them to draw this year’s October comic strips. (That’s a lot of leaves and pumpkins!)

Cool pencils! I love the colors of autumn strip. Reese's Pieces are very autumnal!
How long will it take to get through one pencil? And is there a minimum length you'll deal with before starting a new one? I was expecting the "hit a bucket of balls" to end with him whacking the actual bucket with a swing. One swing's enough exercise for the week!
