Hi, everybody!
I hope it’s starting to look like summer wherever you are. Even though we haven’t had many sunny days around here, my wife decided that it is time to tackle some painting projects around the house. (She has way more ambition than I do.) I do feel like I’m contributing, though. I noticed that she used my favorite shirt as a paint rag.
She’s been after me to throw away that shirt for years but I could never do it. Apparently she removed it from our closet a long time ago and I never noticed. Oh well. At least she didn’t use one of my nice shirts!
Dang.
Anyway, here are our three Drabble originals from this date:
May 31, 1988
May 31, 1993
May 31, 1994
This was a fun story line to draw. I’ll show more of it next time.
Thanks for reading. Welcome summer!

My favorite shirts always break my heart. They unravel or wear down into bare threads and I think, this shirt is so cheaply made, it's falling apart - nothing is made like it used to be!
Then I realize I've had the shirt for 18 years.
Now that I've gotten that off my chest and aired my dirty laundry, I really like the drawing of Norman with his face pressed to the glass!
All I could think about as you were telling the story about your shirt is, that's gotta be a week's worth of strips right there!
