This really happened. Driving in an area I wasn’t too familiar with, I got excited by what looked like very cheap gas prices.

I always try to think of a St. Patrick’s Day strip, but it’s hard to come up with a new angle every year. Halloween and Christmas is much easier!

This cruise strip ran on St. Patrick’s Day. They were on the ship during the week of dailies leading up to it, and would still be on the cruise the following week. I usually draw the Sundays before the daily strips, so maybe I had to get them home for Easter or something. At least I had them dressed in green in the Sunday paper!

OK, you got me on the first laryngitis strip! Made me smile and LOL!
I started cutting my own hair, not only because of the cost involved as indicated in the strips featured here, but also because of the exhausting barrage of questions. How is your day going? Are you excited for (insert upcoming holiday or sport season here)? Are you going on vacation this year? How about all of this (insert whatever type of precipitation recently fell)? It's like a job interview. All I want is a hair cut.
